Hello,

I have been trying out the product so far many less problems than plex had on my ReadyNAS 314

I have a Hisense android TV with the Emby app to view my library on the readynas..

when I select a title and select the trailer, it goes to youtube and plays just fine..

The tough part is I have to go back to the home screen on the TV to see all my apps and I select Emby again, the whole screen goes black.

I know nothing about Emby, not even enough to know what information you need for me to provide to ask for a solution if there is one.

I have to restart my tv to get back in to Emby. Back button on youtube app takes me to my youtube home page on the youtube app.

Please let me know what info I need to provide to help report this bug.

thanks!

Correct. I can duplicate this problem consistently, every time.

I select a movie, goes to YouTube, plays trailer ok, go back to apps, select emby, tv goes black, no remote buttons work except power button. Reboot tv, emby works again.

I have reported this several times to @@ebr, but he has not been able to reproduce the issue.

I still have issues with it, but backing out slowly, leaving a few seconds in between each BACK button press, eventually allows you to get back to the Emby app.

Moved to the Android TV forum.

When you press the "back" button after the trailer plays (several times to exit YouTube) you are not taken back to the detail screen in Emby where you launched the trailer?
