I've only experienced it with non-english shows such as AKBingo and one other Kdrama. I haven't tried it w/o subs but then that sort of defeats the purpose. I just did it with the AKBIngo episode and sent the log this way so its only one issue. Same user name and 3:45 pm est. I can play the same exact show through the windows app on my laptop w/ no issues. Nothing seems to be wrong with my server and resources don't even get pegged at all.
