If you are on Windows 7 I suppose you could run WMC and use epg123 for the EPG data. A hardware solution like TIVO is also a possibility. The Roamio models I know have a slot for a CableCard. There may be others. Also I should mention that the HDHomeRun DVR software will record DRM channels depending on your OS platform. I quit following the HDHomeRun DVR development some time ago. Windows 10 was one of the platforms that was supposed to support DRM channels at SOME point. Android I believe does support DRM with their software package. I would check with SiliconDust for the status of DRM and what platforms are currently supported or will be. There was some talk on the forums here of developing an Emby app for the Tivo, don't think that has happened yet. kanipek 224 Posted January 26, 2020 Share Posted January 26, 2020 (edited) As far as using the tuners in Emby you will be limited to the non DRM channels - From your posts it looks like you can get 1 channel that is not encrypted, 20 that are encrypted(but no DRM) and 40 that are encrypted with DRM. So 21 of those channels you will be able to use in Emby - LiveTV and recording -- Have you gotten as far as actually setting up the EPG and viewing LiveTV? I did a quick search on the SiliconDust forums and it appears as though they have got the DRM working with W10. So using the HDHomeRun DVR software is another option for you. Does any of that make sense?
