This is what I am getting for my primary user. Server user loads fine.

What log do you need from the mobile app? As soon as the server app finishes downloading I'll post.

Android Mobile 3.0.92

server log?

I'll need to repeat this when I'm on the LAN because it's not letting me download the server log remotely

There's nothing obvious here. It might just be responding slowly. You could try uninstalling the CoverArt plugin.

Try this. I had to scrub my WAN IP from the log. Can Emby just do this automatically?

Update:

I changed the display theme to Apple TV and it worked great. I then tried Dark (red accent) and it worked great. I changed it back to Dark and it again worked great. Somehow, somewhere the display them was the culprit. At any rate, it works and looks great now. Any thoughts as to why @ebr @Luke ?

My bad.. This is my Server User, not the one previously posted which still has issues. Why would one work and not the other? Why does this user work fine on AndroidTV and not the Mobile App?

I notice I've been updated to 3.0.93. Coincidence?

I have narrowed it down to the possibility of placing My Media in the first position but I want it in the first position!

Everyone has that in the first position, by default at least.

But that's what is triggering it to not load. As soon as I take it out it loads right away.

I've started to notice this on other clients (AndroidTV) so I think it is server related for this particular user. I run the Stable Server but Beta Android Clients. Is this an issue?

Should I report this in the Server Section?

Should I roll back the clients to stable?

I'm running all my android clients (3) on beta with stable server and have not seen this issue.

I'm having the same issue on my Android Phone app.

Server is in beta

app is in beta. - also tried the app in stable same issue.

As a test, does the workaround that Sammy mentioned earlier also resolve it for you?

Okay after some testing and looking at this I noticed if you put "My Media" and "My Media (Small)" that causes the issue

Example:

I have My Media on (1) / My Media (Small) on (6) this causes the issue. as soon as i remove either one of them it works

Exactly what I experience too.
