Cool, thanks!

It's not a big deal but we were really confused for a couple of minutes until he sent me a picture of what he typed in on the app.  Then I was like....hmmmmm and had him try it without the trailing slash and it worked right away.

Hi.  I think this should already be addressed in the current beta version of the app (which will hopefully be going out soon).  If you'd like to try the beta and confirm, that would be great.

Thanks.

I can test it when I get home as I think I already have it on my Roku and let you know.  He just loaded the stable I believe.

#763 [ConnectionManager] Remove both forward and backward slashes

it was a mistake to only be removing forward slashes (mac/*nix style). I have updated this to include stripping backward slashes (windows style) too. :)

Backslashes are not valid in URLs, correct...?

Correct. It will throw an -7 error right away.
