Turn off the blip & beep sound effects?

Hi, using Emby for Android TV 1.7.54g with server 4.3.1... is there a way to turn off the bleeps when skipping ahead (30secs) and back (10secs) while playing a video? The OSD comes up when skipping ahead/back and if that wasn't bad enough it makes a beep beep sound. Any way to remove the beep sound and also if possible prevent the OSD from coming up too when skipping?

Cheers

Hi.  Only the transport bar is shown when seeking like that, not the entire OSD.  This is pretty typical behavior for players these days as it is nice to get a context of where you are skipping.

The way I see it, having audio feed back is not a bad idea per say, but the sound you went for is a bit loud and on the annoying side, imo if you went for a faint ''takt tak' instead of a strong 'beep beep' most ppl wouldn't even have bothered.

This is certainly something were an option to turn it off or to control it's level would be appreciated rather than being the unchangeable default.

That being said, any chance that there are some audio files in the install folder I could just replace/edit/delete in order to mitigate that for now?

Sorry I was out of topic, I thought this was a windows pc thread. but the relevancy still holds up.

Have you disabled the system sounds in Android setup?

As I said I was a bit out of topic xD because I was referencing Emby theater and not the android app. On windows you can't really rely on the OS like that to control all the sounds in a program. That is what I was referring to.

Any clue if there are some audio files in the windows install folders I can thinker with to achieve the same result?
