New TWiT plugin for testing

Hi All

Over the new year period I decided that instead of hacking at the existing TWiT plugin to only have to change it in the future when they change the layout again, I should start work on a plugin that consumes the TWiT API. At the moment you need to bring your own API key, but they are readily available and seem to be authorised quickly. A settings UI has been provided to set these up. If someone wants a quick look, I could be convinced to share my key via DM, but I'm not sharing that in public forums yet.  :D

Having looked at some of your sources for inspiration, I think I have it to a point now where I'm happy for other people to at least look at it and have a stab. There are still a number of things I need to do, including building a map of where is best to place the various pieces of meta data in the ChannelInfoItem objects to match the emby UI as some things don't seem to match up at times (for example, where is the tagline metadata in the server plugin interfaces? - although to be honest I've not searched this forum for that answer yet)

Feel free to take a look and if anybody has recommendations, I'm happy to hear them. This is my first plugin other than trying to hack at something which isn't working well, so my work is going to be a bit rough around the edges. If you enable debug messages in your logs you will see plenty of log spam as I build my cache up, I'll reduce that going forward. No binary yet as hurdles are a good thing at this point...although basic functionality for click and install may not be far away, I need to see how far TWiT will extend the call limit before baking an application id and secret in. Not that it should be hitting the limits often.

The code is in my GitHub, I have a basic readme in the repo: https://github.com/thedrjones/TwitNetwork/

Ha! I'd forgotten about those guys. I service their building. I may have to stick my head in, one day. Interestingly, they're in the same building as Broadcom.

This looks interesting.

I'm a pretty avid follower of TWiT.  I normally have a Podcast playing during my normal commute.

I'll try to give it a shot.
