Hi there ;)

I'm new here and French so excuse me for my english and for my question if it's not the right place :D

Im using 4.3.0.21 beta version of the emby server on a QNAP TS-451+

HTTPS only with a lets encrypt certificate (renewed by script and transform to the emby pfx format, very proud of it hehe =)

Im having issues with audio format (my freebox dont read DTS so im trying to add only AC3 vids now).

With AC3 (or E-AC3?), its ok on my freebox, ok on my phones but i have no sound on a macos catalina, playing trough the webapp (no desktop application for mac right ?).

Same with MP2 codec.

Hi there, please update to Emby Server 4.3.1 and it should transcode the MP2 so that it will work. Thanks.

Hey thanks for your quick response !

I want the less transcoding possible to limit cpu usage, transcoding mp2 will increase much cpu usage ?

Not much cpu usage, but if you want to avoid it, you'll need to convert the file to use aac audio or mp3. Our media conversion feature can help you do this.
