resize backdropcard

I would like to be able to resize the div.smallbackdropcard, because the images are loaded in maximum width 225px and maximum height 127px.

 

I made a css by modifying this variable in the url of the image of the css, except the problem is that it obligatorily displays this image on the menu even if it is not the "true" thumbnail to load (for example if a user does not have access to a certain library, which necessarily deletes the images), the solution would therefore be to modify this image quality for all smallbackdrop regardless of the image url.
