MatthiasM 5 Posted December 27, 2019 Share Posted December 27, 2019 Hi all I'm running Emby for LG Smart TVs 1.0.20 with a Emby Server 4.3.1 at a Synology DS718+ (DSM 6.2.2-24922 Update 4). If I start my TV with the EMBY app I got a connection time out to the EMBY server if the Synology had power off the HDDs due to power saving. After the HDDs waked up again the app connect smoothly to the server. Is there a value within the app where I can increase the time out to the server? But it happen every time if the HDDs are at sleep and it is not a simple 1 click "retry". 1st choose server and than 2nd click connect.
