QNAP 4.3.0.30_x86_64

Web App or Android 9 Emby 3.0.87 app.

Directory view, subfolder with songs.

e.g. \Music

        \Artist Name

               \Album Name 1

               \Album Name 2

                   ...

When browsing in Artist Name-Folder, all Albums are shown perfectly and it is possible in preferences to select whether title, year or both should be shown within the primary view.

"Title" works fine to turn on and off.

But year does not work. Year is never shown, independently of selecting it or not.

Is it a bug? Can you reproduce this phenomenon?

It works just fine in the Albums tab under the music library. Have you used the metadata editor to check your albums and make sure they have years assigned to them?

yes works in Album tab - all years show up

but not in the folder view of an Artist - however if i turn year off the artist name disappears from below the album

so the year appears to be confused with Artist name

all my albums have a Year assigned

The above is with Stable server

Same same. That's why I reported this bug

Yep in folder view it toggles Artistname instead of Year in cardText-secondary.

OS is irrelevant, tested in beta server.
