Below something that does that (in part) When you create a library and point to a folder, Emby also includes the sub-folders. I tested this as follows: Disk-A: Contains a folder with series that is part of Emby's library. Disk-B: Contains a folder with series that is NOT part of Emby's library. Install the software. Right-click on the folder you want to link and select Link source on Disk-B. Now go inside the folder that part of Emby's library. Right-click in on a empty space.
