Instead they leave it up to the community to assist in helping. Unless I'm missing something that doesn't seem right. I wasn't able to find any information on this subject which is troubling. Even if the foundation of the program is personal media there should still be an option to live chat with a representative of the company when seeking assistance. In fact, you are going to get to interact with actual developers instead of a chatbot or CSR with a script. I think if you give us a chance, you'll see we have pretty good support . You purchase Premier to unlock the features that require Premier for operation also you purchase Emby Premier to support the development of Emby.
