ashb 0 Posted November 26, 2019 Share Posted November 26, 2019 I have a Synology DS718+ I'm currently on version Version 4.2.1.0 and I can't seem to upgrade to Emby Server 4.3.0.30. It's available and I have automatic updates selected in settings. Can anyone please assist me as to how i can ..... a) Force emby to update, OR point me to file so I can manually download the package and install it? ashb 0 Posted November 27, 2019 Author Share Posted November 27, 2019 Thanks Emby. Good news for me. The update notification appeared 28 Nov 8:48 am Sydney Australia time. I'm not sure if it's a Synology or Emby thing, but from a customer experience perspective, when you see an update is ready within Emby, and you can't update with Synology it is a little confusing. It would be a good idea to provide the package as a manual download or fix the time sync between the application and the Synology update package software.
