Two New Accounts not working : New User: Sorry, you don't have permission for that!

I've created two accounts that are not working, one of them is the same email that I tied to my emby premiere account.  The main account is LH20, the second is G20c both of those accounts I never received any kind of welcoming emailing/any further instructions and when I try to login to the community I get "Sorry you dont have permission for that!". I'm not even able to click Sign Out at the top of the forum.  I've tried resetting the password and it makes no difference.  My assumption is that its an IP block because I use PIA vpn on everything I do. Once I turned it off I was able to create this account.  Would it be possible to get the accounts unlocked so that I can connect it to my server?  Thank you
