Emby não identifica os titulos

Toda vez que tento identificar um filme, por titulo, nome ou imdb, não tenho retorno, e os filmes pararam de se se identificar automaticamente, coisa que acontecia anteriormente.

Na verdade não sai no log. Eu pesquiso o titulo, para completar as informações da mídia, mas não aparece nada. Tenho que preencher os metatada, manualmente.

Liberei a pasta filmes e reiniciei, mas não vejo relação.

 

O problema é que sempre que tento identificar uma mídia, o emby não pesquisa por parâmetro nenhum. 

Nem por nome, nem por imdb.

Have you verified the downloader for the library are enabled? Dashboard-Library-Movie library enable Advanced Setting to see all options

Por favor, discuta o exemplo e anexe o log do servidor correto a partir desse período. Obrigado.

Como não obtivemos sucesso, fiz os backups das minhas mídias e formatei minha vpv. Reinstalei e está tudo funcionando.

That means his machine is having trouble communicating with MovieDb. Something is blocking the connection such as security software, firewall, or VPN.
