Url problem after user image modify

Hi to all, i have a problem with Emby server 4.3.0.21 beta on linux server.
When I change the user's photo it doesn't always work and after confirming the URL it is always wrong for everything.

 

EX change image USER1 i have always this URL:

Testing with other computer, the issue not present.
I suppose the problem is in the browser of the first pc, new test this evening.

I'll keep updated.

Update:
Deleted all cookie and data, reset permission, reinstall chrome but issue its some from my first computer.
Working well from Other pc, cell browser and working pc.
 

The problem its on my personal computer, i suppose.
