Running as a Windows Service ffmpeg.exe consumes 95% CPU

Followed the instructions for creating a windows 10 service using nssm. Had to configure it to run as my user account (has administrator privileges). Would not run properly as "local system account" which is the default).

If I run embyserver.exe by right clicking and "Run as administrator" it runs normally and no high cpu and I see in the process list embyserver.exe, embytray.exe and ffmpeg.exe.

When I run as a service with the same user account I do not see the embytray.exe process running and ffmpeg.exe consumes 95% cou all the time.

Running 4.2.1 (latest emby server).

Windows 10 with latest updates.

Windows 10 UAT is disabled.

Ideas?
