bizarro252 17
Yes. It is up and running now and it starts on reboot. I think the last thing is mounting and using the hard drive. FreeDBS and Emby are installed to a small SD. I have a large HDD installed for media but I think its not mounted, can't find it. I'm reading up on it now. I think it's ID is ada0. Are you running FreeNAS on a single drive? If so, why? You are not getting any benefits of the ZFS file system. If you are just running on a single disk you should explore something else for your OS, IMO. NM, I am dumb, you are running FreeBSD you said in your OP Edited October 21, 2019 by bizarro252
badfrogg 1
Yep. My FreeBSD Emby sever is fully up and running. It is a tiny zero client like computer. It is headless and I have it setup so I can SSH into it for maintenance and I have FTP so I can transfer files. I got all my cover art, background and metadata in place and it looks very professional. Giving myself a little pat on the back. But I couldn't have done it without the help of the community (FreeBSD and Emby) Thanks All !!! Edited October 21, 2019 by badfrogg
