mat10000 0
Hello, I recently use the Emby for Kodi extension. Everything seems to work well, no problem with playing videos. but, for the music library, I have a big problem with audio playback. Music playback starts well but after 1'20 or 1'30, audio playback always stops! The problem is the same on Kodi for Raspberry Pi, Windows, Android (smartphone). When I'm on the Emby control page, I see the evolution of the device reading. When playback is stopped, Emby indicates that the user has stopped the audio playback. But this is not the case.As if Kodi was sending the stop instruction for no reason. I thought it was because I did not have Emby Premiere. Now I am subscribed and the problem is still there. If I start playback from the Emby page to my device, playback does not stop! It stops only when the order comes from Kodi. I am in "extension" reading mode for Emby for Kodi. I can not advance audio playback either. With videos, I can do it. And with Kodi in live playback mode on my NAS, without going through Emby, it works. I have the latest stable version of each platform. I use Emby Server on my Nas Synology. Has anyone ever had the same problem? thank you in advance
mat10000 0
When I use the Android remote to launch music on KODI (raspberry or windows), I have no problem either. The problem is only there when I start audio playback from Kodi.

mat10000 0
With the EmbyCon extension, I have no problem stopping audio playback.
mat10000 0
With remote control playback via app or audio playback with EmbyCon, I have the progress bar that I can move. With the Emby for Kodi extension, the bar progresses without the possibility of changing its position. And playback cuts after 1'30 on average, it varies from a few seconds to each audio playback. sualfred 677
Angelblue is aware of the music problem and we currently have no working solution. Plus our real life is not allowing us to search for a proper solution atm. I suggest you to switch over to native playback as long we cannot solve it.

mat10000 0
Yes, but not with the native setting. The problem is only with the extension.
