Cannot add Emby Guide data

Hi

I'm testing out Emby for the first time so am new to the product.

 

I've installed the server and app on the same Windows 10 machine but have got stuck with the guide data.

 

The PC has a DVBSky T982 receiver which doesnt appear to be supported by Emby so I'm using NextPVR (which works fine), and I've installed the NextPVR addin.

 

When I try to add the guide data I select United Kingdom then enter my postcode then when I click Lineup i says 'There was an error downloading TV lineups. Please ensure your information is correct and try again'

I have purchased a premiere license and have activated it in the Emby server.

wow, what a quick reply!

 

I did enter my actual postcode first then when this didnt work tried some other random ones to see if I got a different error.

So it still fails even with the correct post code.

i seem to have got it working.  looks like it accepts only the first part of the postcode, not the full postcode.  So I've now configured the guide data bit but I'm not sure what I'm missing next since if I go into the Emby Theater app under Live TV everything is blank.

I've configured the nextpvr plugin and the nextpvr server appears to show connection requests from emby.

But in Emby Live TV there are no channels shown, there is no guide, everything is blank.

 

Am I missing something simple?
