Luke 37057
Strange. You could try lowering the in app quality setting to force it to transcode.
neik 837
How would I do that when it doesn't enter the play mode? Is there something in the settings? Using the Web app, Emby for Android, and the Android TV app it works fine. The only issue is with iOS. Do you think updating to the latest server beta would help? Luke 37057
Have you explored the playback settings in the app?

neik 837
Don't really know what fixed this but it's working now. What changed? - Server was updated from 4.2.1.0 (stable) to 4.3.0.14 (beta) - Emby for iOS updated from 1.8.3 to 1.8.
