I lost my Emby server due to unraid failure and cannot get premiere key back!!

Hello, 

 

I looked all over the website and forums on how to recover my emby key but I couldn't !!

Your instructions say open your server...etc " I lost my server so I cannot do that" 

if that is not possible go to premiere support on Emby forums, when I went there, I cannot post a new topic for help!!

 

How can I get my premier key back? 

 

is there an email address you have for support or something like that ?

Hi.  Did you read the FAQ that was in the Emby Premiere Support section?  It has the email address there.  It is billingsupport@emby.media.  We can help you there (as it is more private)

 

However, I will just point out that your Premiere key will not be of much use without your server so you can work on reinstalling that and get it that way as well.
