Any mention of Gigabit ethernet or addition codec support (passthrought TrueHD, Etc) for the new Ultra? Googling didn't give any real details for specs...

I would assume they would mention it if they were adding gigabit speed to the new ultra. But Roku has done this before with unannounced things on their hardware.

We can try to decipher things from the fcc declarations for these new devices:

FCC Entry: https://fcc.io/TC2/-R1016 ( look for 9/19/2019 dates as those are the relevant models )

Roku ultra LT 2019 - https://apps.fcc.gov/oetcf/eas/reports/ViewExhibitReport.cfm?mode=Exhibits&RequestTimeout=500&calledFromFrame=Y&application_id=kIGyOug%2F%2B8DKelBsn%2BfFcg%3D%3D&fcc_id=TC2-R1016

Roku ultra 2019 - https://apps.fcc.gov/oetcf/eas/reports/ViewExhibitReport.cfm?mode=Exhibits&RequestTimeout=500&calledFromFrame=Y&application_id=n0vaRE1TcC%2FapxPH%2FH4rpw%3D%3D&fcc_id=TC2-R1016

Their schematics, diagrams, both internal and external photos are all confidential for 180 days before FCC will publish them. 9/19/2019 + 180 days. So we just have to wait until they come out to know the answer to "Do they have gigabit...?"

...both documents do make use of this clause...

That circuitry change could be anything. But it doesn't mean it isn't gigabit. :)

2 new types of remotes with the new mute button. I already have one of these RokuTV models with this remote. ;)

...and the new Roku express family they call NEMO... 3930/3931/3932

yes it really is crooked like that on the fcc website. Their fax machine tried to eat it.

Seems like X-Files stuff.

TODAY their stock is taking a hit for some reason.

BUT BUY BUY

They usually stay pretty steady when others "tank".
