please delete this topic, I resolved it on my end. It was an issue with my "Access-Control-Allow-Headers" setting in NGINX

I think we should expand the doc on connection issues/debugging.
Users should try to use https://app.emby.media web-app and then use the manual connect to server with the Chrome debugger to help diagnose connection issues. This helped me resolve this and other issues I've had with connections and reverse proxies.
