Nekrospider 0 Posted September 7, 2019 Share Posted September 7, 2019 Good Morning, I acquired 2x K4000s and decided to toss them into my server to see what they could do. Upon inspection, it looks like they're doing exactly nada. Looking into the Quadros on the nVidia site, they will transcode h264, but when dropping the bitrate down to say 1mbps, I'm still seeing software encoding. At one point I did have it working with 1x K2000, but with the 4000s I can't seem to get it rolling at all. Looking at the FFMPEG logs I am seeing "[h264 @ 0000022e63d04040] No device available for decoder: device type d3d11va needed for codec h264." Anyone have any ideas? Let me know NS.
