daschef 9
Hello Team, an option to disable burning in subtitles systemwide to avoid the high cpu usage of this process would be nice! Eventually do not even show such subs as option if disabled. Greetings! Edited August 30, 2019 by daschef 4
Luke 36879
Hi, yes it's not a bad idea for lower power systems. Thanks.
Dreakon13 131
Would love something like this... would save me a lot of time remuxing files and/or tap dancing around tagging items and hiding them from users that might accidentally use these more intensive formats. Riddler84 37
Looking for something like this too. On 8/30/2019 at 9:22 PM, Luke said: Hi, yes it's not a bad idea for lower power systems. Thanks. I can easily transcode several 4k streams to lower bitrates or 1080p simultaneously, but a single one (same bitrate) with burned in PGS subs, can make my system struggling with it. So a solution for that would be nice. Just give us the option to prevent transcoding from happening for subs by disabling or hiding unsupported formats.
