Ced455 1 Posted August 29, 2019 Share Posted August 29, 2019 Hello I recently installed emby theater for RPI 4 The interface is really slow (i guess it's a work in progress so it's ok) when i launch a video (direct or transcoded) i get a black screen with emby UI - no sound - no video Any idea why this happen I also had some issue when installing, emby wasn't running on startup but it's not a big deal ATM I made sure to run sudo rpi-update Kind Regards Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Luke 37010 Posted August 31, 2019 Share Posted August 31, 2019 Hi, the the black screen is only when the OSD is open, so I'm guessing you may have had the mouse active. No audio though is surprising.
