The reason I ask is my wife's iphone XR (same A12 chip) transcoded a video (10 bit 1080 HEVC) sent from Emby server to Chrome browser on her phone - I had thought it would direct play. And I'm thinking of buying an ipad mini 5. I believe it's hardware is capable of decoding this format but wordering if Emby is does this. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
