Live TV Keeps Buffering/Stalling and not recovering

Server: 4.2.1.0

Roku App: 3.0.175

TV coming from HDHomerun Duo

 

This happens both while watching live TV as well as when watching a program that is being recorded.  The picture stops and the Roku loading bar appears but will not make progress.

Today we were watching a football game that was already set up to be recorded, even while about an hour behind the live broadcast it kept doing this.

The only way to clear the issue was to tap rewind and then play, but this would start playing back from near live time, and we would have to rewind back to where we were.

This happened ~7 times between 6pm and 730pm in the attached logs today.

This same behavior happens when just watching live tv, but I figured it was maybe a buffering issue, today though we were back in time on a show already being recorded in the background so I dont know why it would try to buffer.

I keep getting looping in live tv when running from a m3u list. M3u is solid run on any other players...I started experiecing this issue 3 server updates ago. How do I fix this?
