darkside40 91
Hi there, i have two question regarding the config.html and the mediabrowser.server.core. because i am fiddling around some bit with my Telegram Notifications plugin. 1) I have seen that there were recently some changes in the config.html files for most Plugins in the Emby Git. My question is if these changes are mandatory because the old style will not be supported in the near future or if i cloud leave everything like it is now. 2) I wanted to give the plugin a logo and found out that the netstandard1.3 and the mediabrowser.server.core 3.3.13 i am using in the plugin are outdated. What i like to know if i update to netstandard2.0 and the newest mediabroweser.server.core (i think it is 4.0.20) would that break compatibility with old Versions of the Emby Media Server? It's not mandatory yet. 2) I wanted to give the plugin a logo and found out that the netstandard1.3 and the mediabrowser.server.core 3.3.13 i am using in the plugin are outdated. Whatever version nuget package you build against, the plugin will work with that version of the server, as well as newer versions until there is a newer nuget package. So For example if you build against the 4.2.0.40 nuget package, you will not be able to support older versions of the server with that.
