Fyb3roptik 1
I can use the ip address externally no problem, but if I try to use Emby site it does not connect. Says failed to connect. If I copy my ip into it, it still fails. Again I can access it directly in chrome via external ip and port, just not through Emby app
Luke 37006
Hi there, I would suggest checking out our Connection Troubleshooter. Please try the steps listed there and let us know which ones succeed and which ones do not. Thanks !
Fyb3roptik 1
I should reiterate, it was linked and I could access it. I accidentally deleted the server. When trying to add it back I now get this message. Again I am fully 100% able to access this server remotely via direct ip:port connection
Fyb3roptik 1
I should also note, it doesnt even attempt to connect to it. It is an immediate I click connect and I get the error message
Fyb3roptik 1
Here is the console log from when I try to manually connect to my server. I have tried this in Incognito mode as well and getting the same thing. Â

Luke 37006
There's now way that can be the complete console contents from the time you loaded the page, right?
Fyb3roptik 1
I had cleared it out before hitting connect. Here it is from page load
Fyb3roptik 1
Ok this appears to be a Chrome issue with your websites. If I use firefox it works as intended. Please fix this on chrome!
Luke 37006
Works fine here, I don't think there's anything to fix. That console output suggests you don't have any servers. Did you try a manual connection by entering your server ip address?
Fyb3roptik 1
Yes of course, that IS WHAT I AM DOING! If I do it in Firefox it works as expected. If I use Chrome it does not work at all
