Playback Hangs - "loading, please wait"

Hi,

 

When I stream video from my Win7 desktop up to my Roku, I get about 10 minutes of playback before the video stops and says "Loading, please wait".  I've waited a few minutes, but nothing ever happens and I have to start over.   Trying to fast forward past the hang spot doesn't help.  I have this same problem with playback of mp4 and wtv files.

 

Any suggestions?

Logs, Logs, Logs.. :).  The logs of the server and logs from the playback device will be the first step in finding out what is going on. I'm not sure how to get logs from the ruko but I'm pretty sure they are there.  Secondly do they play fine in the web client?  Server System Specs might be need as well if it turn out to be a transcoding problem.
