When I go into any series, press the down button, it skips over the "next Up" episode forcing me to go into the season and scroll down to find the next un-watched one. kmed27 14 Posted July 27, 2019 Author Share Posted July 27, 2019 Hi Luke, Yes, I go into one of my regular TV series. "Play All" is highlighted. The Series image is on the left of the button. Below the image there is usually "The next up episode" (i.e. the next un-watched episode) but that has dissappeared. It now says "next up" without "the next up episode" and below that is the images of all the episodes and below that is the Seasons and images. Prior to the update, I went into the series, pressed the "down arrow" and then "OK" to play the next episode to be watched. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Looking at the PC version, I notice that you have added a "Play Next Up" Button but on the Samsung TV app, it only has ("Play All" and "Shuffle), not ("Play next up"). I have attached three images to try and show you what I mean has changed since yesterday. Image 1 show the PC version of the player as it is now. Image 2 shows what it looks like like now on the Samsung TV app. Image 3 shows how it looked yesterday on the Samsung TV app. As you can see there is no easy way now with the changes you made for me to quickly select the next episode. It either needs a "Play Next Up" button adding to the Samsung TV app as the default button or putting it back to how it was by only showing the "Next Up" episode (as it was until yesterday) and not the whole list of unseen episodes. kmed27 14 Posted July 27, 2019 Author Share Posted July 27, 2019 That's what I am having to do now, but you have to do multiple cursor movements to get to it. It was much simpler before the change. You can see from the episode thumbnails, characters or things that give the future plot away which spoils the episode you are about to watch. (as I found out today -- I could see a character in the series that was supposed to be dead was still in future episodes, which was not good .) It was much better when you only showed the next episode up on its own. @@ebr If you want to see the future episodes, you can already do this by going into the season that you want.
