Lost Collections

After upgrading to 4.2.0.40 I have just noticed all my Collections have gone.

I can't say this is down to 4.2.0.40 as I don't remember checking Collections after 4.2.0.35, after which I also run the database cleanse by changing the parameters in the system.xml file.

Am I going to have to recreate these, or is there something I could try to recover them?

Thanks

Must have done that itself overnight, as all there again this morning!

I am seeing a couple of alerts:

Will PM a log file, but everything appears to be running well and even a bit quicker again!

Yep, removing that seems to have stopped one error, but generated another:

What, the emby server not being able to connect to the update server?  Struggling to see how when it always updates manually, can ping the outside world and is connectable by local and remote clients.  Not causing me any issues though, so not a big problem.

The update server is github, so it's not something of ours, and i haven't seen them having any outages lately.
