paulsalter 84
I have noticed recently that when i re watch something, all previous history from Trakt is being removed Example Last night I watched the movie Freaks of Nature This movie was already flagged as watched on Trakt (played once) I finished watching at approx 23:55 (UK time) I would then expect the Trakt site to show 2 plays However, Trakt is showing as 1 play which was last night at 23:55, the previous play had been removed So last nights watch has been scrobbled correctly, but history for this item is gone I can PM the full log as i still had it, but this bit about history removal is worrying (my bold below) 2019-07-25 23:55:31.535 Info HttpServer: HTTP POST http://192.168.1.50:8096/emby/Sessions/Playing/Stopped?CanSeek=True&IsMuted=False&IsPaused=False&ItemId=180055&MediaSourceId=180055&PlayMethod=DirectPlay&PositionTicks=0&QueueableMediaTypes=Video. paulsalter 84
Thanks for coming back on this The steps for me which reproduce every time Find a tv episode that you have already watched (already has trakt play history) rewatch the episode if you now check trakt it will have 1 play with that latest watched info all the previous history has been deleted
Luke 36886
@@paulsalter Please try the Trakt plugin version 3.3.9 and see how that compares. Thanks.
paulsalter 84
Hi, Sorry for the late response, due to christmas not been doing much local streaming The problem is still as above I rewatched an episode of Dr Who last night (S11E02) This had one play on Trakt (7th Oct 2018) After i had watched it there was still only one play, but this was dated as the latest, 02/01/20, so the original play had been removed I would have expected the play count to be 2 07/10/18 - the original watched date 02/01/20 - the viewing from last night
Luke 36886
Hi, we tested this and cannot reproduce the issue. We tried movies and episodes that haven't been watch in years and the play counter works as expected. @@vdatanet can you corroborate?
vdatanet 1548
For me watch history is not removed. When I rewatch a movie, a watch is added to trackt.
paulsalter 84
Thanks for testing Could this be app related? I have been using MrMC recently as I can use Emby & Plex in the same app (will try with this again tonight, but every time i use this it happens), could app be sending wrong info ack to server when episode completed Just tried web app and it works as expected

paulsalter 84
Definitely MrMC doing it, but not sure why it would be telling the server to delete Trakt history After partially playing Friends S01E01, I get this which looks normal (did not play it through to the end 2020-01-07 14:44:34.496 Info Trakt: Playback Stopped 2020-01-07 14:44:34.496 Info Trakt: Item Not fully played.
