split actor/director favorits

i started to love the favorits window

 

the only issue i have is that there is only a "persons" tab and everything goes in

would it be possible to make an "actor" tab and an "director" tab?

 

 

and i dont wanna make another request for this but would it be possible to can add studios to favorits too?

He's talking about the Favorites Window. There's a tab on that window for favorite people, but he'd like it broken into favorite actor, favorite director, favorite writer, etc.

yes this - atleast actor and director. would maybe be nice for studios too when could add studios to favourites (Disney, Marvel, DC, Ghibli etc.)

+1 for this.  Directors are more important to me, but in the case where they've done acting work just having favorite "people" doesn't always work.  For instance: there is - generally - a huge difference between films Clint Eastwood acted in and films he directed (with some overlap, obviously).

 

But first the people section needs to be fixed.  Emby still shows Steve McQueen (the actor) as the director of Hunger and Widows... 40 years after his death ...
