Tolerant 70 Posted July 7, 2019 Share Posted July 7, 2019 If I show my movies collection, set a filter to hide played movies and then delete media on something I don't want ... Everything shown on the screen "jumps forward" and the previous movies that WERE shown are not all available. Do this a couple or few times and a large portion of your library is not even available unless you go back to "Home" and then back to "Movies" to get a refreshed view. This has got to be some sort of issue that can be fixed but surely not one we are expected to just live with. Thanks. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

But I believe I know what you are talking about because when the refresh happens you are jumped to ie the letter of the alphabet the item you edited/deleted began with. So now you have to refresh to page to see all items again instead of where Emby jumped to. As to fixing it, it is a matter of is it broke or you just don't like this behavior? When ever there is a required UI refresh, the UI will just to the letter of the alphabet for what ever item you modified. Edit metadata and just hitting save does this also. Having stuff "jump" to "letters" of the Media seems totally broken to me. I would expect the behavior to just be that the item is gone, the page is refreshed if need be and you remain one title from where you were and all the existing media is still shown as it was before you deleted something.
