Spotta 6
Hi I've got ET on my new 4Gb Rpi4 (Buster) and the interface is very jerky, I would even go as far to say that is worse than it was on my 3+ here is an example - https://youtu.be/1TkJdOvlkNI Is there any way of getting a smoother experience? Everything is stock, the only mod I have tried is to up the gpu mem to 512mb
Luke 36884
Well it's still very new. Let's keep an eye on it. Thanks.
mgworek 121
I was just about to ask if Emby works on the pi4. Not surprised it has issues, every single OS out there needs to be updated to work with the 4. RetroPie doesn't even work yet. I am going to wait to get a 4 till they come out with a revision on it to fix the stupid usb-c problem. Hopefully by then things will work itself out. Luke 36884
For me Emby runs very well on the pi 4. Just waiting for the hw transcoding support I think you're referring to Emby Server. Hardware transcoding has been added for the upcoming 4.2 server release. Thanks !
