Murf 3 Posted June 14, 2019 Share Posted June 14, 2019 SO I need to get emby to connect to the server via the remote address even though the Roku is on local network. The emby time limit for users does not work if a movie is already playing. If i can connect via remote address then my parental controls time limit should work. As of now, the parental controls on my router only block internet and kiddo still able to access emby even when internet is off. TIA Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Luke 37059 Posted June 15, 2019 Share Posted June 15, 2019 You can enter your address manually, and it will connect with that address initially, but eventually as you close and re-open the app it will most likely auto-switch to your local address.
