imadork8317 1
I have several tv shows that i have completed watching, MyMovies has the ability to hide shows once the series has been viewed. Does MediaBrowser have the same ability? I have not been able to find such a setting. Once a new episode has been added, that competed show should then return displaying the unwatched episode.

imadork8317 1
Sorry i think maybe you are referring to the older version of MediaBrower; in version 3.0.5.214.16310 there is simply a search icon, a user hamburger menu and the time, no gear or eyeball icon. JoshuaAJones 54
Was there ever a resolution to this request? If so, can someone please direct me to it? I have over 100 shows in my database (most of them completed) that I continuously have to bypass in order to get to my newer episodes. If the "eyeball" is/was an option, where has it disappeared to?

Luke 37048
You can use the tags feature to hide content from users

JoshuaAJones 54
Is there a tag for "Played"? Once the series is complete/up-to-date, the title gets the green check mark showing that it has been "Played." Once a new episode has been added to the library, the show is no longer up-to-date and the green check is replaced by the number of episodes left to watch (usually 1 or, as in some of my libraries, a much higher number). I want to hide the green checked shows, as well as the shows with no episodes (as I delete most episodes to make space). I would like to only view the shows with numbers. Is there a way to tag this? or do we need to wait for the next rendition of Emby Theater?
ebr 14910
You just need a filter in the interface to show only un-played content. EMC has this and, if it doesn't now, I imagine Emby Theater will too.
Luke 37048
i would try tags https://github.com/MediaBrowser/Wiki/wiki/Parental%20controls
ebr 14910
i would try tags https://github.com/MediaBrowser/Wiki/wiki/Parental%20controls I don't think that is going to do what he really wants. He just want the interface to only show un-watched items. Having to adjust tags based on watched patterns doesn't seem like a good solution... Luke 37048
sorry, my mistake. i thought he wanted the whole show gone.
JoshuaAJones 54
The Android App has a setting in the filters called "Un-Played." I'd like something like this in Theater.
