[FR] Change UP to skip forward 1 chapter temporarily

Request:  Change the UP to a skip forward 1 chapter temporarily until a better chapter skip method is developed as requested in the following link.

Creating a good chapter skip method like the one in ATV may take some time, so this would be a temporary fix/solution.

 

Currently both the UP and DOWN key are mapped to bringing up the OSD so the UP should be available to use and makes it similar to other apps which use UP to skip chapters.
