LiveTV Channel Logos not updating

My cable company updated all my channels a few weeks back and, through TVHeadEnd, have updated all the channels appropriately.  The guide data (i.e. showtimes, channel names & numbers, etc.) is correct, however the channel LOGOs are still off for a number of channels.

I've checked and double checked that the link to the image IS correct: i.e., this is copy and pasted from TVHeadEnd's configuration for ESPN: https://zap2it.tmsimg.com/h3/NowShowing/10179/s10179_h3_aa.png

However, in Emby, that channel is showing the logo for AMC.  (See attachment)

I've "resynced" the guide data a bunch of times manually, and it has, of course, done it automatically a bunch of times as well.  Is there a way to force sync the LOGO files?  Some did sync correctly, many did not.

Are you saying you have the TVHeadEnd plugin installed? Or are you importing TVHeadEnd channels into Emby via m3u?

The plugin is installed, not via m3u.  Emby imported all the channel logos once when I first set it up, since then, my cable company updated their entire channel lineup, swapping channel numbers and frequencies almost completely (maybe 2-3 channels did not need to be "fixed"), which I've since fixed in TvHeadEnd (this was done about 3 weeks ago now) and even though TVHeadEnd has properly updated the channel logo files there, those changes have not propagated into Emby in their entirety.  Some have, many haven't, which I was trying to illustrate with my original attachment.  The xmltv.xml file that Emby is loading for guide data also appears to be correct.  I'm not sure if Emby pulls the images from there or from TVHeadEnd though (which of course also pulls from xmltv.xml).

Also, yesterday I disabled a bunch of channels in TVHeadEnd (primarily SD versions of channels that I already have in HD) yet they are still showing up in my guide in Emby.  They aren't able to be played in Emby, and there is no longer any guide data for them, but they are still showing up in Emby, as well.

You have to refresh the guide in Emby manually after doing this, or wait for the next scheduled guide refresh.

I've done this many times, manually AND via the scheduled refreshes.  Nothing fixes the images.  I've manually refreshed the guide data, now it's importing NO shows, so there is literally NOTHING in the guide.  The logs say "2019-06-04 19:11:10.042 Debug App: Channel CNBC HD has 0 new programs and 0 updated programs" for all the channels, even though my xmltv.xml and my guide data  in TVHeadEnd itself are populated fine.

I'm a little confused here, sorry. Are you using the m3u feature, TVHeadEnd, or both? Because you're talking about m3u/xml, but your log shows you also have the TVHeadEnd plugin installed. Those are two different things. So which of the two are we talking about?

If you're only using the m3u/xml features then you should uninstall the TVHeadEnd plugin. Thanks.

What has given you the impression that I've ever been using the m3u feature?  I'm *only* using the tvheadend plugin.  The only reason I mention XML is because Emby uses XML via "TV Guide Data Providers".

Because you would not use xml at all in Emby if you are using the TVHeadEnd plugin. Instead, you would manage all of this inside TVHeadEnd directly, then run the guide refresh in Emby and the plugin will pull the data down from TVH. Setting up a guide provider directly in Emby will have no impact, in your case. You need to setup your guide data in TVHeadEnd.

Does that make sense?

Ok, that said, my guide data in TVHeadEnd is and has been correct.  Channel logo images are still incorrect in Emby.

Can you try deleting one of the channel images in Emby, and then refresh the guide? See if that pulls in a new image. Thanks.

That does appear to have worked.  While going through and doing that, I did also noticed that all of the "tags" are incorrect as well (i.e. the channel that formerly was Disney is now something like Fox News, so Fox News in Emby has a tag of "Kids".)  I've gone through and fixed some of them, but it would be nice to have a "refresh all metadata" and/or a "refresh all images" type button.

Thanks for your help.
