Hello all,

I have been having issues setting up my tv lineup on my mac mini, getting my tuner set up works flawlessly but when I try to add the guide data it errors out and says "There was an error downloading tv lineups. Please ensure your information is correct and try again." I have Emby Premiere and the key has been pasted in, and when I look at the logs it doesn't reference anywhere that is the issue like other reports. I am on a fresh install of emby and made sure to remove all traces of it, to include what is in the /Users/%Username%/.config folder. I've done this multiple times now, and was combing through the logs and noticed this tid bit right at the time of requesting the tv guide lineups:

I honestly have no idea what else to try at this point because this used to work without a hitch on previous versions, and I know internet is not an issue because I have used different internet connections to try and troubleshoot this. Any Ideas as to what I could try next?

**PS I can't upload logs as I am on a restricted network that would flag the attachment and make it fail to upload.**

Update: I was able to get everything working on version 4.1.0.26 without a hitch, so this seems to be a bug with 4.1.1.0

Update 2: I was able to successfully update the server from 4.1.0.26 to 4.1.1.0 and maintain my guide setup and refresh the guide data successfully. Here is a link to the log after a successful update and refresh for comparison: https://pastebin.com/quGFcbnL

Hopefully this will help future users, and hopefully be able to find a resolution because I am afraid that when I add my other HDHomerun device on Tuesday that this issue will come back up because it is another zip code.

Hi, in this particular log our live tv provider is returning a 503 service unavailable error. I haven't seen them do this before so for me this would be the first time, but it generally means they have a reason to take the data offline temporarily. In my own testing on MacOS with 4.1.1+ I am not currently seeing this. Nonetheless I'm glad it's not an issue for you anymore. Thanks for following up on that.
