Problem: App transcodes WMA music to AAC even though the TV supports WMA music and no sound is heard from speakers

App v 1.0.61

TV Samsung 2018 Q8FN

Server 4.2.0.5 beta

Desired result: App direct play wma without transcoding

Every year of Samsung TVs including Orsay and Tizen sets support wma music according to all users manuals I've looked at

Test:

If "Allow audio playback that requires transcoding" and "Allow video playback that requires conversion" are unchecked WMA Direct Plays just fine.  However, those need to be checked in order to have the app automatically convert DTS to AC3 which Samsung doesn't support starting with 2018

WMA music only needs the "Allow audio playback that requires transcoding" to be turned off to direct play, but movies require both to be turned on to transcode DTS to AC3
