Emby Server uses HD Hoomerun channel on startup

When the Emby Server starts up, it is immediately taking an available tuner from my SiliconDust HD Homerun Prime device.  I have made sure no other device is accessing the Emby server.  In the HD Homerun tuner log, it shows the Emby Server Ip address using the tuner.  I believe the problem started with the upgrade to 4.1.1.0 on the server.  From the HD Homerun device here is the log entry:

20190523-02:42:50 Tuner: tuner0 tuning 596 BeIN Sports HD (auto:651MHz-1197)20190523-02:42:50 Tuner: tuner0 streaming http to 192.168.2.160:5010420190523-02:42:51 CableCARD: tuner0 596 BeIN Sports HD (auto:651MHz-1197) access = subscribed

I realize this could be a device connecting to the server trying to get to the tuner.  Is there something in the server that could show me this?  The only connected device in the dashboard is the server itself.

Discovered the problem after looking in another place.  Checked my Firewall logs and discovered my firewall still had a connection opened to the emby server even if I would reboot the server.  I cleared the connection on the firewall and that released the tuner slot.  The offending connection was tied to my cellphone from when I was away and connecting through my cellular provider..  I don't know why the Firewall kept this connection open even after I closed the program on my cellphone.  I am running android 9 on my phone, so maybe I did not completely shut the program down and it stayed open in memory???  I have not tested to see if Emby still runs in the background on the phone, but I will try to see if I can re-create the issue and let you know.  I found in the Battery section that for some applications you can disable when idle to save battery life on the phone.  If this is an option with the Emby Client, I'll also make sure I turn  that on as well.  But this clearly isn't an Emby problem, looks more like a user, Android, Firewall connection issue.  On the firewall, I will see if I can clear idle connections to the Emby server from external locations and see if that is an option that would work.

If the video player was still open on the phone then it's possible it was trying to reconnect. Thanks for the feedback.
