As also mentioned in the beta forum section, I'm experiencing "refreshes" every 15 seconds or so. This appears to be a known issue in the beta version, but was directed to post the issue here as well.

Main screen, libraries all refresh every 15 seconds. Additionally, video playback becomes "stuttery" every 15 seconds or so as well, leading me to think that the refreshes are impacting playback as well, but might be unrelated.

Issue started to become more prominent after upgrading to tvOS 12.3 on AppleTV 4K.

Same issue here, looking forward to the resolution.

I tried it on the same tv, same switch, multiple shows.

Hello

I am also see this only on my TV Show directory every 10 secs and cannot get to the last of my shows before it brings me back up the screen.  Even with my short section that is just my unwatched tv shows

Ok so this should be fixed in the final (non beta) version as well? I restarted and tried again. Still the same issue

Ok restarted the whole device and it no longer refreshes. Also no longer “stutters” during playback
