Do you care to explain what the difference is between the two? I have been trained to distrust the auto feature in most apps. But I guess I should give it a go. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I believe nvdec is the Nvidia proprietary solution while d11va is directx 11 video acceleration, which is a more generic solution, probably not as good. They each have their own way of parsing etc. Native cuda decoding is entirely handled by the hardware, with no involvement from software. But nvdec is supposedly better than native cuda decoding.
