I must have misread the hurry. For security I removed Emby and reinstalled.

Do I try to rename SQLitePCLRaw.provider.sqlite3.dll.config to EmbyServer.dll.config (in the /share/MD0_DATA/.qpkg/EmbyServer/system folder)?

Yes please try that, and if that doesn't work, then please try the instructions in post #39. Thanks.

After or inside the node? (like the dll.config)?

I have prepared 2 possible files: which would be the correct one?

If that doesn't work, then please open this file:

EmbyServer.exe.config

and add this after the configuration node:

<dllmap dll="sqlite3" target="lib/libsqlite3.so" os="linux"/>

EmbyServer.exe.zip

step 1

I installed Emby

I tried to open the web interface on port 8096, but without an answer

step 2

I interrupted Emby from the QNAP app center

I renamed the file /share/MD0_DATA/.qpkg/EmbyServer/system/SQLitePCLRaw.provider.sqlite3.dll.config in /share/MD0_DATA/.qpkg/EmbyServer/system/EmbyServer.dll.config

I started Emby from the QNAP app center

I tried to open the web interface on port 8096, but without an answer

step 3

I interrupted Emby from the QNAP app center

I started Emby from the QNAP app center

I tried to open the web interface on port 8096, but without an answer

step 4

I interrupted Emby from the QNAP app center

I edited the EmbyServer.exe.config file, adding <dllmap dll = "sqlite3" target = "lib / libsqlite3.so" os = "linux" /> after the node

I started Emby from the QNAP app center

I tried to open the web interface on port 8096: reply

the wizard starts, I choose the language and crash:  the web interface doesn't respond

Now the web interface doesn't respond.

I'll try again tomorrow...

Fantastic, thank you! Step 4 works and @@alucryd can incorporate those changes into the next release.

Thanks for helping out.

Did you try rebooting the NAS?

Ok, so now we've gone back in a circle as you're back on the 4.2.1 stable release with the initial problem reported in this topic.

Please try the latest beta server install. It has the sqlite fix we've been discussing here. Thanks.

Hi,

What happened with this thread?? I am having the same exact problem. I am able to make it through config after many tries, but am unable to log in w/out crashing.

I have never solved it, since the application crashed all the time.
In the meantime I switched to an X86 nas, where the application runs very well.

Is anyone willing to provide SSH access to their NAS so that we can debug on your machine directly? That may allow us to solve this quickly.

If you're interested in helping out please send me a PM. Thanks !
