It shows that it's recording the entire show, then when it's finished, Emby will say that the show is seconds long to 24hrs long. About 3 shows of 20 recorded this weekend without issue.I would like to help you guys get this solved. I really don't like Plex but, it does not seem to mess up my recordings consistently.
